To Register for Summer Classes:
- Click on the “Summer Registration Form 2013″ link below and print. There are two pages.
- Click on “Summer Brochure” link below and print. (Two full pages for your information to keep)
- After reviewing what is being offered, fill out the Summer Registration Form and mail with full payment to: Kimberly Walker: 5723 Yorktown Ln., Austintown, OH 44515.
- An email will be sent to you to let you know the form was received and registration is secure.
- Registration is also available at the studio during classtime Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (4:30-7:30pm) and Saturday 9:30-11:30am. Ask Kimberly or Amy for a Summer Registration Form and Summer Brochure.
- Registration is first-come-first-serve. Once classes are full, registration will be closed.
